We're a trusted finish carpentry subcontractor specializing in multi-family apartments and residential facilities, and we're looking for a Pre-Construction Project Manager to join our crew.

💼 What You'll Be Doing:

This isn't a sit-back-and-watch role. You'll be in the driver's seat during the pre-construction phase, helping our projects hit the ground running:

✅ Prepare accurate and detailed estimates
✅ Communicate directly with builders and architects to clarify scope and expectations
✅ Write and follow up on RFIs, maintaining organized notes on all communications
✅ Follow up on submitted proposals to keep momentum moving
✅ Create precise material lists and order materials for your assigned projects
✅ Coordinate delivery schedules with vendors and our Install Team to ensure on-time execution

🔍 Who You Are:

• Experienced in construction project management or estimating, preferably in residential or multi-family work.

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize competing demands.

  • A clear and proactive communicator—both in writing and verbal interactions.

  • Proficient with project management tools, Excel, and estimating software.

  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
