What You’ll Do:

  • Own Project Details: Manage the Electronic Project Workbook (JWS) to keep all project details accurate and up-to-date — from scope and submittals to change orders and scheduling.

  • Drive Results: Coordinate with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure timely material deliveries, address shortages, and resolve procurement issues swiftly.

  • Communicate Clearly: Keep the Project Manager and field teams informed of all project updates, changes, and potential challenges.

  • Problem-Solve Under Pressure: Handle field questions, resolve discrepancies, and adapt to changing project needs with composure and urgency.

  • Stay Organized: Maintain project information in Smartsheet, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, communication, and documentation.

  • Support Project Execution: Coordinate equipment rentals, confirm delivery schedules, and ensure timely removal of rented equipment.

  • Leave a Positive Legacy: Uphold our commitment to exceptional service by representing the company with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in estimating or purchasing in finish carpentry or a related trade.

  • Skills: Strong technical understanding of construction materials and processes. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

  • Mindset: Solution-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple deadlines with a sense of urgency.

  • Education: College degree is helpful but not required.

  • Accurate and timely material orders and deliveries.

  • Consistently up-to-date project schedules and change orders.

  • Dependable project communication and support for the Project Manager.

  • High customer satisfaction through effective project management.
